My wife and I enjoy that we get to do everything together in business and our personal lives. We live in the mountains and love basically anything to do with them – hiking, biking, and skiing!

Ginis Garcia is a seasoned real estate investor with over 14 years of experience helping both new and experienced investors achieve their goals in the housing and land markets.
His real estate journey began in 2008 with a few deals here and there, but by 2011, he had committed fully to the industry while working for a major real estate investor. Although he earned his real estate license in 2012, he quickly discovered his true passion was in investing rather than traditional real estate sales. Over the years, Ginis has been involved in various aspects of real estate, including fix-and-flips, wholesaling, rental properties, small apartment investments, and land development. Today, he dedicates most of his time to land investing, both taking action and doing deals and also mentoring aspiring investors.
Outside of work, Ginis enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife, Melony, and their three daughters. A proud Ohio native, he’s an avid supporter of Cleveland sports teams and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
